These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Learnivore’s website, applications, and services. By creating an account or using Learnivore, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Learnivore is a study tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcard decks from user-uploaded documents. The service includes spaced repetition scheduling, progress tracking, and study analytics.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Learnivore. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s consent to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Learnivore uses AI models to automatically generate flashcards from your uploaded documents. These AI systems can and do make errors. Generated content may include:
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated flashcards before studying them. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for high-stakes purposes such as professional certifications, medical decisions, legal matters, or examinations where accuracy is critical. Always verify generated content against your original source materials.
Learnivore expressly disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated content, and for any damages or losses arising from your reliance on such content. By using the service, you acknowledge that AI-generated cards may contain mistakes and that you assume full responsibility for verifying their accuracy.
You retain ownership of all documents and materials you upload to Learnivore. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Learnivore offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing as displayed at the time of purchase.
The Learnivore name, logo, software, and all content created by us (excluding your uploaded content and AI-generated cards from your content) are owned by Learnivore and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnivore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
