When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. We do not have access to your Google password.
We collect and store the files and documents you upload, the flashcard decks generated from those files, your review history, ratings, and study session data. This data is used to power the spaced repetition algorithm and personalise your experience.
We may collect information about how you interact with the app — pages visited, features used, and performance metrics — to improve the service. We use Google Analytics for aggregated usage analytics. This data does not personally identify you.

Learnivore uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate flashcards and study materials from your uploaded documents. AI systems can make mistakes. Generated cards may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of source material.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it as study material. We are not liable for any incorrect information learned from AI-generated cards. Always cross-reference generated content against your original source materials, especially in academic, professional, or health-related contexts.

We retain your account data and study history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
